Join me every Tuesday night outside of The Fit Effect for some free yoga! Everyone is welcomed to join. You have the option to donate as we purchase yoga mats to donate to schools that are providing meditation & yoga to students as a way of dealing with anxiety or stress. 7:30-8:30pm
