Resolution Therapy Series (2)

The resolution therapy series is designed to get you back into the groove of productive movement that promotes strength and rejuvenation whilst deploying your senses to the magic of scent, and of music arranged for relaxation.  Bring yourself back to your body after the hustling holidays every Thursday in January for the resolution therapy series.  If you have any sensitivities to scent please reach out, accommodating everyone is a top priority.  Tea will be offered as well as a way to connect you to those around you or to simply connect with your own thoughts after your practice.  Feel free to bring a journal with you to allow any thoughts or feelings be released out of the mind and be captured onto paper.
